Feedback on each candidate will be given to the client
that provides comprehensive insight into motivations,
aspirations, and relevant characteristics.
Conduct in depth initial telephone interviews, followed by a Teams call or face to face, conduct in-depth
assessments such as a psychometric if required.
SHORTLISTING & PRESENTATION
Present a shortlist of 3/4 highly qualified candidates to the client.
Provide detailed information on each of the candidates including C.V, assessment results and other relevant details.
INTERVIEW COORDINATION
Facilitate the interview process, coordinating schedules and logistics for both the client and the candidates.
We gather feedback from both client and candidate after each interview.
OFFER & HIRE
We will make the offer on the client’s behalf.
Our goal is a satisfying conclusion for both parties which sets the stage for a favourable long-term employment relationship.
